When should I make my reservations?

To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want and when you want them, we highly recommend booking in advance. Guests may book up to one month in advance of their arrival.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Being on time for your appointment is important so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first treatment to check-in, fill out forms, and unwind in our sanctuary. Sip herbal tea in our relaxation lounge before starting your treatment at ease and on time.

What if I am late?

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. As a courtesy to other clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

What should I tell my treatment providers?

Please let us know if you have any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing. All our guests are encouraged to address directly with the Specialists who are providing the treatment during the treatment.

What's the cancellation policy?

The treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. A full-service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

How about my special health considerations?

Upon arrival, you will complete a brief health history questionnaire to assist the spa technicians in providing with maximum safety and comfort during your visit. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Please also consider printing and completing the health questionnaire prior to your visit to expedite your check-in process.

Should I shave and shower before a treatment?

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

What about my jewelry and valuables?

We advise you to remove all jewelry prior to your arrival at the spa. Lockers are also available within the spa for you to place your personal valuables. We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal properties.

What should i wear during my treatments?

Wear whatever is most comfortable for you. For your comfort, a bathrobe and slippers are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.

Are gratuities included?

Gratuities are not included with our treatments and they are retained in full by the provider(s) performing or staff contributing to the service(s). For your convenience, we prepare white envelopes for gratuities at the reception area.
