When should I make my reservations?

To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want and when you want them, we highly recommend booking in advance. Guests may book up to one month in advance of their arrival

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Being on time for your appointment is important so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first treatment to check-in, fill out forms, and unwind in our sanctuary. Sip herbal tea in our relaxation lounge before starting your treatment at ease and on time.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

The treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. A full-service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

What should I tell my treatment providers?

Please let us know if you have any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing. All our guests are encouraged to address directly with the Specialists who are providing the treatment during the treatment.

Are gratuities included?

Gratuities are not included with our treatments and they are retained in full by the provider(s) performing or staff contributing to the service(s). For your convenience, we prepare white envelopes for gratuities at the reception area.
